Funds for Child Health grants and programs come from our signature projects and events: the nationally acclaimed and award-winning Three Rivers Cookbook series, the biennial Sewickley House Tour, and annual Sewickley Valley Antiques Show.
More recently we have piloted new events to raise funds to maintain and even expand our charitable giving level. The 2009 Child Health Ball has named Laughlin Center as its beneficiary and will raise funds for scholarships for educational support services for children from pre-school through high school. Lauglin Center joins past Ball grantees The Neighborhood Academy (2006), Quaker Valley Recreation Association (2007) and Samaritan Counseling Center (2008).
