A Beloved Sewickley Tradition Since 1956

The Sewickley House Tour is a cherished biennial tradition of the Child Health Association of Sewickley—and a celebration of the beauty, history, and generosity of our community. Now entering its 41st tour, this signature event offers a rare opportunity to step inside a curated collection of private homes while supporting an important mission. More than a showcase of stunning residences, the House Tour is one of our most meaningful fundraisers, helping us provide grants to children’s charities across Western Pennsylvania. Thanks to community support, CHA distributes over $100,000 in grants annually, making a direct impact on the lives of children and families in need.

Event Details

Location

The Sewickley House Tour takes place throughout the Sewickley area. (Exact home locations are revealed at check-in.)

Dates & Times

Friday, May 1 & Saturday, May 2, 2026

10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tickets

• Advance tickets: $50 per person (available online through April 28)
• Day-of tickets: $55 per person (available at check-in)
• Tickets are valid for both days of the tour
• Each home may be toured once per ticket

Important Information

Know Before You Go: Quick Checklist

• Start Here: Pick up your physical tickets at Faith House (202 Beaver St). You must show your email receipt to get the addresses.

• Secret Locations: Addresses are only revealed in the printed tour program.

• Two-Day Access: Tickets are valid for both days; visit the homes in any order (one entry per location).

• Age Limit: No children under 8 permitted (includes infants).

• Accessibility: Please note that these historic estates are not handicap accessible.

• Parking: On-site guides will direct you to safe parking at every stop.

Children

For safety and preservation reasons, children under age 8 (including infants) are not permitted. Children ages 8 and older require their own ticket.

Accessibility

The House Tour is a self-guided experience through private residences and is not handicap accessible. Due to stairs, narrow pathways, and historic layouts, strollers, wheelchairs, canes, or similar devices cannot be accommodated.

Homeowner Participation

Homeowners generously open their doors in support of the Child Health Association’s mission and are not compensated for their participation.

Digital Tickets

All tickets are digital—no physical tickets will be mailed. This is to preserve the security and privacy of the homeowners. Please present your email confirmation (printed or on your phone) at check-in.

House Locations

Home addresses remain a surprise until the tour begins and are revealed only at check-in on the first day.

Walking or Driving

Some homes will be within walking distance in the Sewickley Village, while others will require driving on non-pedestrian roadways.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available. There is a discount if you purchase the tickets in advance.
